摘要
以聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)为混凝剂,研究了聚硅酸铝铁处理印染废水的最佳工艺条件,如聚硅酸铝铁投加量、Al/Fe摩尔比、废水酸度。实验结果表明,水样pH为7.5,聚硅酸铝铁Al/Fe摩尔比为4︰1,质量浓度为16 mg.L-1时,脱色率可达90%左右。
Dyeing wastewater treatment by using polysilicate-aluminum-ferric as flocculant was studied. The optim altreatment conditions with the combined flocculant system were investigated, such as flocculant dosage, A1/Fe ratio, acidity of waste water. The results showed that the optimal parameters were polysilicate-aluminum-ferric, dosage of 16 mg·L^-1 and the best pH was 7.5. The best removal of decolorization rate was 90 % .
