摘要
试验研究在同步转子密炼机上顶栓压力、冷却水温度和转子转速一定的条件下,改变填充系数对六棱同步转子密炼机混炼性能的影响,表明六棱同步转子有很强的吃胶能力,填充系数(β)存在最佳值。
Under a certain condition of maintaining ram pressure of synchronous rotor, cooling water temperature and rotor speed, the experimentation changed the effect of filling coefficient on the mixing properties of synchronous rotor mixer, to indicated that synchronous rotor with 6-wing has strong ability to mix the rubber, and the filling coefficient （β） has the most appropriate value.
