摘要
用正交试验法对纳米粉体在聚合物中分散时的工艺参数——主机螺杆转速、加料螺杆转速(加料量)、机筒及机头温度、机头压力对混合效果的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:影响HDPE/EVA/Nano-Mg(OH)2混合物力学性能的工艺条件的主次顺序为主机螺杆转速、加料螺杆转速、机头压力、机筒及机头温度。
By using orthogonal test, analyzed the influence of mixing effects on the process parameters of nano-powder in the polymer dispersion, such as host screw speed, feeding screw speed (charging volume), barrel and head temperature and head pressure. The results showed that: the impact factors of mechanical properties of HDPE / EVA / Nano-Mg (OH) 2 compound ordered as the host screw speed, feeding screw speed, head pressure, barrel and head temperature.
