摘要
用分离隐式求解器对除尘通风机内部流场进行定常数值计算,湍流模型采用Realizablek-ε模型,近壁区域采用标准壁面函数处理。通过对典型截面上的压力场,速度场和涡量场进行分析,找出了边界层分离、叶道涡和二次流等的部位,它们是各种损失产生的根源,为除尘通风机的改进和优化设计提供了依据。
The numerical calculation of the steady flow in the dust-fan is carried out by separation implicit solver, adopting Realizable K-8 turbulence model and method of criterion surface function in near-wall region. Through analysis of pressure field, velocity field and vorticity field on the typical sections, the locations of boundary layer separation, vortex in vane canals and secondary flow, which are the sources of various losses, have been discovered. The study provides the basis for improvement and optimized design of dust-fan.
