摘要
本文针对通信网容量动态分配问题,提出一种路由控制和接入业务控制模型。首先给出系统状态方程──预测干线群已占用的电路数,同时给出控制变量的接入方式;然后,构造容量动态分配的优化设计模型,为了“公正性”,给出了容量动态分配的二次规划模型;最后,讨论了容量动态分配机制的实现;通过示例演示了容量动态分配实现的可行性和合理性。
This paper proplses a model of routing control and accesstraffic control to solve the dynamic assignment of the capacity for communications network.Firstly , equation of system status( estimating busy-circuitnumber of trunks)are derived, and at the same time , the control strategy os assessed.Secondly.the optimal model for the dynamic assignment of the capacity is designed.and for the 'fairness' , quadratic programming model isgiven. Finally , the paper discusses the realization mechanism of the realization mechanism of the above methodology and illustrates the pracgti-cability by instances.
