摘要
用正交实验和单因素优化实验对尿素(碳酰胺)和KOH蒸煮蔗渣半化学浆进行研究。蒸煮蔗渣半化学浆适宜的工艺条件是:碳酰胺用量13%,KOH用量5%,K2S用量0.54%,液比1∶4,最高温度150℃,保温时间45min。然后采用0.5mm、0.3mm、0.15mm的盘磨间隙进行3次磨浆,控制打浆度为45°SR进行抄片(定量为127g·m-2),手抄片的紧度为0.59g·cm-3,裂断长4.39km,环压指数8.06N·m·g-1,主要强度指标都超过了瓦楞原纸国家标准GB13023-1991中的A级标准。碳酰胺和氢氧化钾蒸煮蔗渣浆的黑液可用做农作物灌溉,但其处理的最好方法和方案,尚需进一步研究。
The study on cooking semi-chemical pulp of bagasse by urea and potassium hydrate, using orthogonal experiment and optimizing experiments for two single factors, was carried out. The results showed the optimal technical parameters for cooking semi-chemical pulp of bagasse by urea and potassium hydrate are:urea charge 13%, potassium hydrate charge 5%, potassium sulphide charge 0.54%, liquor to bagasse ratio 1:4, cooking temperature 150℃, time to cooking temperature 45min. After cooking the pulp was sequentially grind by refiner with 0.5mm,0.3mm and 0.15mm interstice, then beated to 45°SR by Hollander beater and made hand sheet by standard sheet-forming equipment. The hand sheet (sheet weight 127g·m^-2) physical properties are:breaking length 4.3km, ring crush index 8.06 N·m·g^-1 and density 0.59 g·cm^-3. All these physical properties have been beyond A grade of corrugated paper for national standard(GB 13023-1991).The black liquor from the cooking can be irrigated for crops, but the most optimal treatment has still been needed to be explored.
