导电粉末加填对碳纤维屏蔽纸性能的影响 被引量:1

Impact of Conductive Powder Filling on Properties of Carbon Fiber Shielding Paper

摘要 以炭黑和银包铜粉为导电粉体加填碳纤维屏蔽纸,就导电粉体加填对其在纸页中的吸附率、纸页的抗张指数、体积电阻率及屏蔽效能的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明,银包铜粉对纸页抗张指数的影响较小,对纸页导电性及屏蔽效能的提高效果更明显,能够进一步提高碳纤维屏蔽纸的屏蔽效能。 Silvering copper powder and carbon black powder were used to fill carbon fiber shielding paper. Then the impact of conductive powder filling on the paper absorption rate, tensile index, volume resistivity, shielding capacity was discussed preliminarily. The result showed that silvering copper powder had little impact on paper tensile index, but had better effect on improving the shielding capacity. The filler can improve the shielding capacity of carbon fiber shielding paper, and achieve higher shielding for electromagnetic waves.
