摘要
利用草木制浆混合稀、浓黑液为原料,部分替代苯酚或甲醛合成木素酚醛树脂黏合剂,对影响黏合剂性能的因素如黑液掺入量、酚醛比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量以及反应时间等进行了研究。结果表明,由黑液合成木素酚醛树脂黏合剂较好的工艺条件为:黑液掺入量为100%~155%的苯酚量;酚醛比为1∶3~1∶4;NaOH作催化剂,加入量10%~15%的苯酚量;反应时间30~60min。采用黑液替代部分苯酚或甲醛不仅节约成本,降低甲醛释放量,还能达到废物充分利用与保护环境的目的。
Mixed black liquor (diluted/concentration) from grass-wood pulping was used as materials to replace part of phenol or formaldehyde in synthesis of phenol formaldehyde resin adhesives. The influencing factors on adhesive properties were investigated, such as the addition of black liquor, the ratio of phenol to formaldehyde, the catalyst type, dosage and reaction time etc. As a result, for synthesis lignin-phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesives from pulping black liquor, the better process conditions were that the addition of black liquor was 100%-155% of the quantity of phenol, the ratio of phenol to formaldehyde was 1:3 -1:4, sodium hydroxide was used as catalyst, the addition was 10% to 15% of the quantity of phenol, reaction time 30-60 rain. Using black liquor to replace part of the phenol or formaldehyde not only reduced cost, decreased free formaldehyde emissions, but also used of waste fully and protected the environment.
