摘要
数字化成形制造技术在航空制造领域的不断推广和应用,使飞机蒙皮从传统的经验型向科学型制造模式转变。飞机蒙皮数字化成形工艺是一个综合CAD工艺设计系统、CAE仿真分析、数控柔性工装、数字化测量和CAM数控成形技术的数字化生产制造技术。文章阐述了蒙皮数字化成形工艺中各个环节的关键技术以及相互之间的关系,并研制开发了相关的软件、算法和柔性工装,构建了一个完整的飞机蒙皮数字化成形工艺体系,为进一步推动蒙皮制造的数字化、柔性化水平提供了技术支持和保障。
The increasing application of numerical forming technology to aircraft manufacturing propels the shift of manufacturing from experiential mode to scientific mode. The aircraft skin numerical forming technology is a synthesized system of CAD, CAE, numerical flexible fixture, numerical measurement and CAM. This paper introduced the key technology of each component in this system and the relationship between each component. The corresponding software, arithmetic and flexible fixture were developed. An integrated system of aircraft skin numerical forming was built to provide the technical support for the future work.
