摘要
在盘型件双面辗压成形过程中,打滑是影响盘件成形质量的主要缺陷之一,为深入了解该缺陷的机理和影响因素,文章首先建立了打滑缺陷的评价方法,然后进行了盘件3遍次辗压实验,通过实验结果的分析,给出了辗压工具的压下量、转速、辗压位置,以及辗压工具与盘件之间的摩擦状态对打滑缺陷的影响规律,得出在该文实验参数范围内,转速越高,越不容易发生打滑;第一遍次辗压,沟槽位置越接近盘边缘,越容易打滑;在第二、第三遍次,越靠近盘心处,打滑越严重。
An experiments study on skidding during the process of double-sided roll forming of discal parts was carried out in this paper. The effects of rolling times, groove position and the roller speed on skidding was analyzed. The experimental results show that the roller speed more higher, skidding more less, and there is more skidding near disk fringe in the 1st rolling times, while there is more skidding near disk centre in the 2nd and the 3rd rolling times.
