摘要
由于模具设计的复杂性,一副模具的设计通常需要由多个设计人员、多个设计组、多个设计部门甚至多个企业共同完成。模具设计过程中时常发生设计变更,由于设计信息不能及时的传递和更新,这些设计变更常常带来设计数据不一致的问题。因此,建立模具协同设计系统平台,使设计数据可以有效和正确地流动,可以提高模具设计的质量,减少设计的时间和成本。针对传统的面向对象的三层架构的不足,该文通过加入Web服务层,采用面向服务的架构构建模具协同设计系统;详细介绍了该系统四层架构的实现;并通过一个应用实例来说明系统的工作方式。
Owning to the high complexity in mould design, a design project is generally accomplished by multiple designers, groups, sectors and sometimes enterprises. Design change occurs often during the design course, and this may induce a lot of data inconsistency problems because that the information cannot be timely transmitted or updated. So to establish a collaborative design platform for mould design which can promote the quality and reduce the time and costs of mould design has become an important research direction currently. Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional three-layer architecture of object-oriented, a serviceoriented collaborative framework for mould design is established by adding the Web service layer in this paper. The implementation of four layers in the framework is described in detail. Finally, an example scenario is introduced to demonstrate how the system works.
