Research on the Strategy of "Two Corridors and One Ring" Cooperative Tourism Exploration

"两廊一圈"合作区经济落后,区域经济合作全面启动难,但区域内自然和人文旅游资源丰富,互补性强,具有合作发展旅游的优越条件,且旅游合作投资少、见效快,合作的前景可观。"两廊一圈"旅游合作开发应该以利益共享、共同市场、资源整合为原则,加强法律、法规与人员方面的旅游合作协调,构建多层次的对话机制及协调组织机构,构建跨国无障碍旅游区,加强对环北部湾滨海跨国旅游增长极的建设,中越双方应注意旅游安全管理问题。

The cooperation zone of ＂Two Corridors and One Ring＂ is economically backward, and the economic cooperation in the zone is hard to be started. However, there are rich natural and human tourism resources which are highly complementary and qualified with favorable conditions for the development of cooperative tourism. Besides, tourism cooperation can achieve quick results and considerable cooperative prospects with a small investment. The principles of ＂Two Corridors and One Ring＂ cooperative tourism exploration should be based on shared interests, common market and resource integration. To reinforce the cooperative tourism coordination of laws, regulations and personnel, build a multi-level dialogue mechanism and coordination organizations, construct a transnational barrier- free tourist area, and strengthen the construction of Binhai transnational tourism growth pole around the Northern Gulf Areas, besides, both sides of China and Vietnam should pay attention to the issues of tourism safety management.
