基于技术导向的天津现代物流业创新政策研究

Study on Innovation Policy of Modern Logistics Industry in Tianjin Based on Technology-Orientation

在对国内外现代物流业及其技术发展趋势进行分析的基础上,基于技术创新导向,分析了天津现代物流业技术创新的环境和作用,研究了现代物流业技术创新的基础和所面临的问题,提出了促进天津现代物流业技术创新的工作思路,即"建设一个平台"、"支持五个重点技术发展方向"和"完善三个技术支撑体系"。最后提出了促进天津物流业技术创新的政策措施。

Based on the analysis on a series of new development trends in modern logistics and its technology, this paper analyses the innovation environment and the use of technology innovation of modern logistics industry in Tianjin, researches its foundation and problem, and puts forward the thoughts on improving the technology innovation of modern logistics in Tianjin ： building platform as well as supporting five technology tendencies, and improving three technology supporting systems. Lastly, it brings forwards four policies for improving the technology innovation of modern logistics industry in Tianjin.
