Progress on the Anisotropic NdFeB Magnets by HDDR Process

摘要 HDDR工艺目前已经成为了制备各向异性NdFeB磁粉的最主要方法。总结了本世纪以来HDDR法制备各向异性磁粉的各向异性成因、HDDR处理工艺、添加元素等方面取得的进展,以及磁粉粒度、粘结剂选择、成型方法对磁体性能的影响。 HDDR process has became an important technique to produce anisotropic magnetic powder in recent years. The latest study on anisotropy mechanism, HDDR process and additive elements was summarized. The effect of magnetic powder size, binder type and molding method on properties of magnets was also introduced.
