Ｆｅ３Ｏ４磁粉掺硅后矫顽力大幅度提高。硅的加入导致Ｆｅ３Ｏ４磁粉内应力的产生。内应力是提高磁粉矫顽力的不可忽视的重要因素之一。
The coercivity of Si doped Fe 3O 4 fine powder is greatly increased.As a result of doping Si,there will produce inter stress in Fe 3O 4 fine powder and it is one of the most important factors affecting the coercivity of materials.
