摘要
采用表面包覆法合成了一系列不同包覆量的BaFe12O19-γ-Fe2O3复合磁粉,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对样品进行物相分析,用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试样品磁性能,得到矫顽力和比饱和磁化强度随包覆量变化的关系曲线,由此讨论了过渡层的存在对样品磁性能的影响以及不同焙烧工艺条件下,样品磁性能的变化规律。在复合磁粉中BaFe12O19的摩尔分数x=30%~70%,得到的复合磁粉性能较好(Hc=45.2~123kA/m;σs=64~55Am2/kg),是一种具有应用前景的新型磁记录颗粒材料。
A series of γ Fe 2O 3 particles coated with different contents of barium ferrite have been prepared by the surface coating method.After identifying the crystal structure and product phases by X ray diffractometry(XRD),we measured magnetic properties by a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) to obtain the relation curves of H c and σ s vs BaFe 12 O 19 %(mol%) respectively.From these results,we studied the effects of transition layers on the magnetic properties of these composite particles and the variations of their magnetic properties under different calcining conditions .With BaFe 12 O 19 % between 30% to 70%,the mgnetic properties of the composite particles are fairly good( H c =45.2~123kA/m; σ s =64~55A·m 2/kg).These results show that spindle γ Fe 2O 3 coated with BaFe 12 O 19 is a new type magnetic recording materials with bright applied future.
