摘要
根据成人学习理论和安全培训的特点,从安全培训中人的因素、安全培训教学方式方法等角度,提出一些"人性化"培训建议,为安全培训教学提供借鉴和帮助。
Based on the adult learning theory and characteristics of safety training, from the human factors in safety training, safety training methods, the author put forward some training proposals of ＂humanization＂ and gave some references and aids to safety training.
