摘要
分析了大学生就业过程中的拖延类型及影响因素,提出了应对策略。建议专业人士及相关人员运用自我报告和行为观察的方法,了解拖延量表的使用,对大学生的就业拖延行为以及影响因素进行测量评估、分析原因以及正确干预。
In this paper, the author analyzed types and influencing factors of delay in the process of college graduate employment and put forward some countermeasures. Also we proposed professionals and associated personnel to use self-report and behavioral observation methods to understand the delay measuring scale as well as measuring the impact of factors to assess, reasons and proper interventions.
