摘要
在分析土地非农化实质的基础上,探讨了太原市土地非农化对农地的生态价值、社会价值的影响,提出采取转变全民土地观念、落实土地利用规划、优化土地主体经济利益分配、提高土地开发整理的水平等措施来控制非农用地的数量。
Based on analyzing the essence of agriculture land conversion, we discussed how agriculture land conversion impacted ecological and social value. Also we proposed some measures such as changing national concept of land, implementing land use planning, optimizing economic benefits distribution of land owners and improving the land development and consolidation levels to control non-agricultural land quantity.
