摘要
绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)因其性能优越、控制方便而广泛应用于电源、变频调速装置和电动汽车等领域。介绍了绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)在薄膜电容分选机中的应用情况,分析了IGBT在实际应用中应注意的问题。
As the insulated gate bipolar transistor （IGBT） had the quality of superior performance and convenient control, it was widely used in power, frequency control devices, and electric vehicles and so on. In this paper, the author introduced the application of insulated gate bipolar transistor （IGBT） in thin-film capacitor separator, and analyzed some problems in IGBT applications that we should pay attention.
