摘要
用倾斜式浮选柱对平均粒度小于15μm的超细粉煤进行降灰的工艺试验研究,讨论了不同因素对浮选效果的影响。通过正交试验选择最佳工艺,用最佳工艺经过3次浮选得到灰分小于3%的超净煤。
By using inclined flotation column to delime average ultrafine partical size of coal which was less than 15 μm, we discussed effects of floatation by different factors. Through choosing the best ethnics of orthogonal experiment, we got the hyper pure coal which ash content was less than 3% by three time flotation.
