为了更好地发挥江苏的教育资源和科技资源优势,可以通过中小企业公共技术服务平台建设、国际产业发展研究中心平台建设、行业技术服务中心平台建设、重点企业和高校、科研机构研发平台建设、区域特色产业发展研究平台建设,在组织方面进行突破,在人才激励、资金支持、政策引导、科研管理等方面进行机制创新,实现江苏教育、科技和经济的协同发展。

In order to better leverage the advantages of education, and science ＆ technology resources in Jiangsu,we suggest breakthrough in the organization aspect, and mechanism innovation in talent stimulation,finance support,policy guidance and scientific research management so as to realize the coordination development of education, science ＆ technology and economy in Jiangsu. Following measures can be taken ： construct platform of the small and medium-sized enterprise public technology service,international industrial development research center,industry technology service center, research and development in key enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, and regional characteristic industrial development research.
