摘要
铅基弛豫型铁电体研究中遇到的普遍问题是难制成纯钙钛矿相的材料,在制备过程中常伴有焦绿石相的出现。以PMN、PZN为对象,从热力学、动力学和结晶化学的角度分析了铅基弛豫型铁电体钙钛矿结构的稳定性及合成过程中焦绿石相产生的原因,介绍了抑制焦绿石相产生的措施。
It is very different to fabricate pure perovskite phase materials without the appearance of pyrochlore phase in lead based ferroelectric relaxors studies.The stability of perovskite structure and the reasons of pyrochlore formation for PMN and PZN are analyed by use of thermodynamics,kinetics and crystal chemistry.Several methods of inhibiting appearance of pyrochlore phase are presented.
