改革开放30年以来,资本市场从无到有,从小到大,从地区到全国乃至融入国际市场,逐步发展壮大,并且成为我国经济极为重要的组成部分。回望30年来资本市场走过的历程,根据不同的时点以及特定的历史事件,将其创新地划分为萌芽、探索、巩固与调整、规范与发展4个阶段,介绍每个阶段市场的发展状况,分析各个时期不断完善的法律制度,归纳总结整个发展过程的脉络与特点。并在总结历史的基础上,思考资本市场健康持续发展的各项要素和条件,展望中国资本市场更加美好的未来。

At the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up policy, retrospect on the past is pertinent. China＇s capital market started from scratch and developed quickly. Currently it becomes increasingly important to China＇s economy. This paper looks back to the development of china＇s capital market in the past 30 years, and divides the development into four periods, based on specific historical incidents, i.e. budding, exploration, consolidation and adjustment, and standardization and speeding up. Our study is not only a summing up of history but also providing guidelines for future development.
