International Financial Crisis and Common Regional Development——Analyse the Industrial Restructuring about Yangtze River Delta Region

长江三角洲地区是改革开放的最前沿之一,面对动荡的国际金融环境,如何率先走出阴影、摆脱影响?通过分析国际金融危机的发生发展过程、长三角区域共同发展的基础和条件,认为产业结构调整中的区域共同发展是长三角地区加大投资、对外贸易、扩大内需这"三驾马车"之间的一个平衡点,为此,要开展三次产业调整的区域联动,进行制造业高端化的区域分工。

The Yangtze River delta region, a foreland of reform and opening-up in China, is now facing the challenges of the current financial crisis and trying to figure out ways to solve it. With the analysis of the evolution of this crisis and the basis and conditions for Yangtze River delta region, the articles concludes that the common regional development through structural industrial adjustment is a key of equilibrium between increase of investment, foreign trade and expansion of domestic demand. So it is important to grasp the key link of the third industrial restructuring and regional division of labour for high-end manufacturing, achieve common regional development.
