介绍了以光伏二极管阵列为核心元件组成的光伏耦合器和光伏型固体继电器的特点、电原理、使用方法和性能参数。
Photovoltaic coupler and solid state relays are formed with photovoltaic diode arrays as the kernal component. Characteristics of these circuits and their operational principles are described. Also presented are the parameters and applications of the devices.
