摘要
现有的船用海水淡化装置故障诊断系统可靠性欠佳。在理论分析和实验的基础上,本文分析了系统常见故障对参数的影响,建立了基于8个技术参数的故障诊断逻辑。以此为基础设计以AT89C52为核心的电路系统,为完成整个装置故障诊断系统提供硬件支持。从而提高了对船用海水淡化装置故障诊断的可靠性和准确性。
The reliability of existing Marine Seawater Desalination Device Fault Diagnosing System (MSDDFDS) is insufficient. This paper analyses the influence of common faults on parameters based on theories analyses and experiment. It builds up fault diagnosing logic based on 8 technical parameters. It designs circuit system taking the AT89 C52 as core, and provides the hardware technical support for completing the whole device fault diagnosing system. It enhance the reliability and accuracy of the MSDDFDS
