摘要
文中提出了对瞬态及低频波形的测量方法和要求,并根据测量方法的要求从硬件和软件两方面具体介绍了仪器设计。
In This paper, the measuring method for transient and wave' form of low frequence are preseted. the design of instrument both software and hardware are introduced.
