摘要
为了解决中原油田文南区块及河岸地区的沙二、沙三水敏性地层坍塌严重的问题,对正电性处理剂及KCl进行了评价研究,发现正电钻井液与钾盐钻井液具有良好的协同作用,可以很好地配伍而成为正电钾盐钻井液。现场应用表明,该体系的抑制防塌效果优于单纯的钾盐钻井液,井径扩大率明显降低,井眼规则;同时具有良好的抗盐抗钙及抗高温性能,渗透率恢复值较高,表皮系数较低,具有良好的油气层保护效果。
A cationic additive and a potassium salt were evaluated for their use in stabilizing the sloughing ShahejieII and ShahejieIII formations.It was found that the cationic additive and the salt were functioning as a synergistic partner to each other.A drilling fluid formulated with these two additives and other necessary components was developed in drilling the problematic Shahejie formation.Gauge holes were drilled in the same block and reservoir damage was minimized.
