摘要
为了有效提高水泥浆密度,提出了一种新型加重技术,即采用无机盐提高水泥浆基液密度,再结合颗粒级配原理,解决了常规固相加重配制超高密度水泥浆存在的难题。针对选用的LY-2无机盐的特性,优选了一套性能优良的适合该液体加重剂的处理剂系列,并对外掺料的粒径进行了合理选择,使之形成大、中、小的3级颗粒级配,配制出了密度达3.05 g/cm3的超高密度水泥浆,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,该水泥浆具有良好的悬浮稳定性、流变性能、降失水性能和抗盐能力,且稠化时间易于调节,其工程性能满足固井作业的需要,为勘探开发深部储层做好了技术储备。
A new weighting technology was developed to increase the density of cement slurries to a higher density effectively.The base fluid for formulating the required cement slurry was first weighted with inorganic salt,LY-2,and other additives for improving the performance of the slurry were selected.Sized additive was carefully engineered into three particle sizes.The density of the formulated slurry was as high as 3.05 g/cm3.Results of the laboratory experiments showed that this slurry had good suspension capacity and filtration control,stable rheology,resistant to salt contamination,and manageable thickening time.
