摘要
以AMPS、AM及DMDAAC为单体,采用水溶液自由基共聚法合成出了一种抗温耐盐压裂液稠化剂,通过实验确定出了合成的最佳条件,在此基础上优选出了压裂液的配方。通过室内评价实验表明,该聚合物压裂液具有优异的抗温、耐盐性能,并具有耐剪切的特点,它破胶彻底,滤液残渣少,对地层伤害小。
A new fracturing fluid was prepared by a newly developed viscosifier,which was synthesized with AMPS,AM and DMDAAC.Laboratory evaluation showed that this fracturing fluid was very stable at elevated temperatures,in high salinity environment and at high shear rates.This fracturing fluid can be thoroughly broken down after use,with very small amount of residue remained,which is beneficial to the protection of reservoirs.
