基于网络技术的监控系统结合当今网络技术发展形成的成果,对传统的监控系统的某些不足环节进行改进,使之能在跨地区、跨省市的范围内形成监控体系,以便运用于铁路和公路以及天然气运输管道之类线型建设项目管理上,实现比以往更少更精干的管理队伍,管理更大型的、地域更广的铁路建设项目。

The monitoring system based on network techniques is such that some of the weak points are improved of the traditional monitored control system to make it form a monitoring system in the range of trans - regional ＆ trans - provincial and inter - city ＆ district areas so that it can be used for the management of such linetype construction projects as railway, highway and natural gas pipeline to realize the aim of managing larger scale construction projects involving more extensive areas with a management force much less in number but highly trained.
