摘要
针对水侧换热器采用板式换热器的户式中央空调机组在部分负荷状态启动频繁、冬季制热化霜时供回水温度波动大、化霜时间长的问题,设计了蓄热装置。蓄热装置由容积较大的桶体和内置套管换热器、电加热器及附属设备组成,蓄存的热量可以减少压缩机的启停次数,蓄热-换热装置和电加热器很好地解决了机组制热量不足以及化霜的问题。实验研究了两种机组的性能对比,采用蓄热装置的机组部分负荷下小时启停次数减少、化霜时间缩短、化霜时水温比较稳定。通过对户式中央空调水侧换热器的改进,提高了机组的性能,蓄热装置可以用于新型的户式中央空调机组配置。
A heat storage device was developed which was composed of a big water tank, an inner double-pipe heat exchanger, an electric heater, and other auxiliary. In the present heat storage device, the use of storage energy can reduce on-off times of the compressor, and the storage energy and the electric heater can meet the requirement of heating capacity and defrosting. Performance test shows that the decrease of on-off times of the compressor under partial load, the shorter defrosting time, and steady water temperature during defrosting could be achieved.
