对新形势下高职辅导员工作的几点思考

为了全面贯彻中共中央16号文件精神,进一步加强学生思想政治教育,就必须看到新时期高校学生工作面临的挑战,必须加强高校辅导员队伍建设。辅导员作为高校从事学生工作的骨干力量,要紧紧把握时代特征,准确进行自我角色定位,培养竞争意识、奉献意识和创新意识。

In order to carry out the spirit of document 16 issued by CCP central committee, as well as strengthen students＇ ideological and political education, we should realize the challenge of colleges＇ students work in the new situation and strengthen the team construction of counsellors. As the chief power to do students work at college, counsellors should grasp time characters to do self location and culture competitive spirit, dedicatory spirit and innovative spirit.
