摘要
高等教育管理创新是社会、时代发展的需要,也是培养高素质人才的必经途径。其核心思想是以人为本,加快人文教育与科学教育的融合,突出培养学生的综合创新能力,适应时代发展的需要,将创新的信息技术引进教育管理中。
Higher education management innovation is not only the necessary part of the development of the society and time but also the essential way for training the highly qualified and talented university students. The core part is students, the increasing fusion of the education of humanities and science, the development of student＇s comprehensive innovation ability, the demand of the society, the user of the creative information technique in education management.
