《西游记》里,吴承恩借观音菩萨之口,表达了作者的识人、用人的智慧和理想。批判地看待《西游记》所展示的古人智慧,对我们现在的人事工作具有重大启发意义。
In the book （Journey to the West）） ,Wu ChenEn uses the the Goddess of Mercy＇s mouth to express his wisdom and ideal about knowing people and managing people. To take a critical view of the palaeanthropic wisdom in 《Journey to the West》 has great developmental significance to nowadays personnel work.
