摘要
介绍等离子熔射成形件的激光熔凝技术、工艺特点,分析熔池形状及熔凝层出现波纹的原因,建立最大熔凝厚度的经验公式,通过对90%NiCrBSi+10%Al2O3熔射层的熔凝实验对比,结果基本吻合。
In this paper,the technology of laser melting of workpiece formed by plasma spraying and its technological characteristic are presented,and the melting pool shape and the reason of causing surface ripple are analyzed.At the same time,empirical formula is established to predict the largest melted depth,the results are good agreement compared with experimental results on sprayed coating of 90% NiCrBSi+10% Al 2O 3 powder.
