摘要 汽车4S店在汽车销售和汽车售后服务的时候容易发生服务失误,服务失误会让消费者产生抱怨,对4S店产生负面影响。因此,找出服务失误的成因,提出相应的解决措施,减少服务失误,是一个值得我们探讨的问题。 Automobile sales and after-sales services at 4s automobile shop, prone to failure, will cause consumers to complain and lead to a negative impact. As a result, it is worthy of our consideration that we should find out the causes of failure, put forward measures and reduce the negative impacts.
