摘要
依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家,已成为我国的一项基本治国方略。在法治条件下,为保障公民权利,应以法治的理念重新审视警察权,并应以法治的原则和观念指导警察权的构建。
Governing state affairs with the rule of law and building socialist legal country have become basic governing strategy. In the rule of law, police power should be reconsidered with the idea of rule of law and should be reconstructed with the direction of principle and the concept of rule of law in order to protect the citizen right.
