摘要
公安民警作为现实人,既追求自身的货币收益,也追求自身的非货币收益,所以民警的利益构成模式大体可以分为三种,即偏重货币收益需求的物质模式,偏重非货币收益需求的精神模式以及兼顾货币收益和非货币收益的互动模式。分析三种模式,从满足民警的物质需求和精神需求角度出发,可以研究提高公安工作质量与利益模式的关系。
Police officer as an individual seeks both material benefits and spiritual benefits. There are three benefit constitute models of police officer, which are the material model that emphasized currency benefits, spiritual model that emphasized needs except cur- rency and the interactive model that focuses both currency benefits and other benefits. The relation between police work quality and benefits model could be improved through analyzing three models from the point of meeting police＇ s material and spiritual needs.
