摘要
面对日益严重的毒品问题和艾滋病疫情,建立全民禁毒防艾教育工作体系,大力开展规范、系统的宣传教育,动员全体公民特别是广大青少年认清毒品和艾滋病的危害,自觉抵制毒品和艾滋病的侵袭,积极参与禁毒和艾滋病防治工作,是加强禁毒防艾工作,有效遏止毒品和艾滋病发展蔓延的治本之策。
Facing with more serious drug problem and AIDS epidemic, it is the essential way for strengthening anti -drug and AIDS prevention work and stopping the spread of them to build educational work system on anti - drug and AIDS prevention, carry out regulated and systemetic propaganda and education work vigorously, mobilize all the citizens, teenagers in particular, realize the harm from drug and AIDS, reject drug and AIDS consciously, attend anti -drug and AIDS prevention work actively.
