多位点置换扩增技术在法医学上的应用

The Application of Multiple Displacement Amplification to Forensic Medicine

摘要 多位点置换扩增技术(multiple displacement amplification,MDA)是对有限的模板进行全基因组扩增,从基因组DNA中获取足量模板的一种新型PCR技术。本文采用多位点置换扩增技术对有限检材进行扩增,显著增加了检材的模板量,它将成为法医实际工作中解决模板量不足问题的有用途径。 Multiple displacement amplification(MDA) is one kind of new style PCR to obtain enough amount of DNA from the limited samples. In the article, we applied MDA to the limited samples, and found that the amount of DNA was increasing greatly, so we suggest that MDA is a practical approach to deal with the problem of the template insufficiency in forensic medicine.
