摘要
扩增片段长度多态性(Amplified fragment length polymorphism,AFLP),是一种常用DNA指纹技术。该技术原理简单,引物设计巧妙,既具有RFLP技术的可靠性又具有RAPD技术的高效性,被称为最有力的分子标记。本文简述了毒品原植物——大麻的特点和常规检测方法以及AFLP分子标记的基本原理、技术流程、优化措施和在其他植物领域中的应用,并对其在法医学的应用前景进行了展望。
AFLP( Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) is an ordinary mdlecular marker. This marker combined the characters of RFLP and RADP marker. It not only has the reliability of RFLP but also the efficiency of RAPD. The disquisition introduced the qualities of cannabis, routine technique of check and measure, and the fundamental, approach, optimized steps of AFLP. In addition, this paper briefly introduced the application of AFLP in other plants, and viewed application foreground of it in forensic medicine.
