摘要
在当前的刑事技术教学中,学生的学习更多的是被动"接受性学习"。虽然也开设有一定学时的实验课程,但大多是为了提高学生的操作能力。这样的培养模式不利于调动学生学习的主动性,不利于提高学生发现问题解决问题的能力。因此,在刑事技术教学中应引入"研究性学习"。
In current criminal technique teaching, students are more acceptance learning passively. Though experimental coures with certain classes are set, the aim of them is to improve their operating ability. The pattern is not proper to stimulate students ' initiative on study, to improve students' ability of finding and settling the problems. So research learning should be introduced in criminal technique teaching.
