Building Socialist Harmonious Campus under the Guidance of the Spirit of the 17th CPC Congress

根据党的十六届六中全会《决定》和党的十七大的有关精神,结合高校实际,阐述当前和今后一个时期,新建地方性本科院校构建和谐校园应着重从坚持以科学发展观为指导,以社会主义核心价值体系为根本,推进民主治校等五个方面进行努力,并对基层实际工作中存在的几个思想认识和实践问题作了辩证。

The article, based on the document of the Sixth Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee- ＂decisions by the central committee of the CPC on some major issues in building a harmonious socialist society＂ and relevant spirit of the 17th CPC congress, meanwhile combining university＇s reality, describes the five countermeasures of the newly-built local universities in building a socialist harmonious campus in the present days and hereafter, and analyzes some thinking recognition and practical problems in the basic and oraetical work.
