摘要
ICF是关于身体功能和结构、活动与参与以及环境的分类系统。全纳教育是接纳所有学生,反对歧视和排斥,促进积极参与,注重集体合作,满足不同需求的一种持续过程。通过两者比较研究,揭示了ICF中反对分类、反对歧视、人人平等、全体参与的思想,即全纳教育的思想。
ICF is a classification system about physical functions and structures, activities and environment involved. Inclusive education is a continuing process to include all students, to oppose discrimination and rejection, to promote active participation, to focus on community cooperations and to satisfy different needs. Through analysis on the characteristics and contents of ICF, this thesis mainly discusses the basic concepts of inclusive education: anti-classification, anti-discrimination, equality among people,community participation.
