摘要 目的观察痰热清治疗急性放射性肺炎临床疗效,从TGF-β1角度探讨其治疗机理。方法将56例患者随机分为两组:对照组给予常规对症及支持治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗。观察两组患者血浆中TGF-β1的变化。结果痰热清治疗组的显效率(66.7%)明显优于对照组(38.5%),两者均有显著意义(P<0.05);第30天痰热清治疗组的血浆中TGF-β1水平(2.02±0.29)显著低于对照组(3.36±0.34)(P<0.01)。结论痰热清治疗急性放射性肺炎临床疗效较好,可能与降低体内TGF-β1水平有关。 Objective To investigative the effect that Tanreqing injection on treating acute radition pneumonitis from TGF-β1. Methods 56 patients of acute radition pneumonitis were randomly divided into two groups : control group ( n = 26) were treated by routine, support therapy; Tanreqing injection treatment group (n = 30) were treated not routine and support therapy but Tanreqing injection. The change of TGF-β1 in blood were compared between the two groups. Results The marked healing rate of the Tanreqing treatment group (66. 7 % ) was obviously higher than the control group ( 38.5 % ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The content of TGFq31 ( 2.02 ± 0. 29 ) in the Tanreqing treatment group on thirty days was remarkable reduced than the control group (3.36± 0. 34) (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Tanreqing injection on curing acute radition pneumonitis in clinical is a better method. Because it has a higher effect, and it can reduce more greatly the content of TGF-β1 than the control group. It's necessary to research it more deeply.
