中华全国志利代理人协会纪念成立20周年

All-China Patent Agents Association Marked its 20th Anniversary

中华全国专利代理人协会成立20周年庆祝大会於2008年12月17日在北京隆重召开，来自中央和地方知识产权管理机关、专利代理机构、兄弟协会的代表200余人出席。国家知识产权局局长田力普、中国版权协会理事长沈仁干首先致辞，对协会的作用及其成立20年来作出的成绩给予了高度的评价。沈仁干还回顾了协会第一届和第二届会长、已故的柳谷书先生马协会的创立和发展作出的重要贡献。

The All-China Patent Agents Association held a meeting of celebration on 17 December 2008 in Beijing to mark its 20th anniversary. The event was attended by more than 200 representatives from the IP authorities of the Central and local Governments, patent agencies, and other associations and societies. SIPO Commissioner Tian Lipu and China Copyright Association President Shen Rengan made speeches.
