摘要
不同成分的结石,病因不同,在诊断和治疗上也有差异。因此,正确认识不同结石的性质和成分是非常必要的。本文从流行病学、实验室检查、影像学检查以及结石成分分析等方面对各主要结石类型进行概述。
Urinary calculus can be divided into many different kinds according to stone composition. The etiol ogy, diagnosis and treatments for different kinds of stone are various. It therefore is necessary to distinguish the nature and composition of urinary calculus properly. In this paper, we will review the epidemiology, laboratory examination, imaging examination and component analysis of the main kinds of stones.
