微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术一期治疗肾及输尿管上段结石的研究

Combination of Micro-channel percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with pneumati Lithoclasty for the First Treatment of Renal and Upper Ureteral Calculus

目的:探讨微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术一期治疗肾及输尿管上段结石的疗效及安全性。方法:通过微通道经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术一期治疗肾及输尿管上段结石71例。结果:手术时间为60～100 min,平均80 min,有效率100%,并发症1.4%。结论:微通道经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾及输尿管上段结石安全、可靠,无严重并发症发生。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safaty of combination with micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic lithotripsy for the first treatment of renal and upper ureteral calculus. Methods： 71 cases of renal and upper ureteral calculus were treated by micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy under pneu matic lithotripsy treated firstly . Results： The procedure takes 60 100 minutes, with the average of 80 minutes. The effective rate is 100%, and the incidence of complication is 1.4 %. Conclusions：Micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy under pneumatic lithotripsy is a good therapeutic manner for renal and upper ureteral calculus. It is safe, reliable without serious complications.
